We want you to be completely satisfied with your SW-Motech UK purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
